Sleep is essential for a person’s health and well-being, but many people are not getting enough sleep, and many suffer from lack of sleep.

Lack of sleep at night will really put a damper on your day because lack of sleep disturbs a person’s ability to fall asleep or stay asleep.

Your room isn’t dark enough:

Light is a natural clue that it is time to wake up. When you sleep, make sure the room is dark because light emitted from a TV and any other electronic device during the night, your brain thinks that it’s time to wake up and lower the production of melatonin hormones that is produced by a pineal gland, which in turn causes sleepiness and lower your body’s temperature.
