Don’t neglect Sleep; it is a crucial part of our life. 1/3rd of our life span is spent sleeping. Our concentration levels, our memory levels, mental health, and physical health depend on getting sufficient sleep.

How Many Hours of Sleep is Sufficient

Amount of sleep required for an active healthy life varies with our age. Newborn babies require nearly 17 hours of sleep, older children require about 9 to 10 hours of sleep, and adults require about 7 to 8 hours of sleep.

But, there are many people in the world who may be because of their busy schedule or due to work load are neglecting sleep and not getting required amount of sleep....
