of the business and technical capabilities of the company
EOOD „Stroykomers – TT“, Targovishte town
is established on the 26.11.2001 with a main activity of high-rise and
low construction, repair and reconsruction building works. The company
is a successor of ET “Stroykomers – T. R.”, established
in 1992.
The company leadership sets of management, providing continuous and
sustainable improvement in all areas of activity. The highly professionalism
of our team of experts, skillfully led by good management, approves
EOOD“Stroykomers – TT” as one of the leading construction
companies in northeastern Bulgaria, specialized in the following areas:
· a housing construction- approximately 30 000 m 2 in the territory
of Varna: three residential buildings, assigned by „Koraboimpex”;
approximately 10 000 m 2 in the territory of Targovishte: two own investment
projects – a four-storey residential building located at the №5
Petra street and a four-storey residential building built on the №2
Stefan Kutcarov street; building for trade and service activities assigned
by the contractor Orlin Alexiev, a five- storey residential building
commissioned by “City Building 64 „EOOD etc.
· an industrial and technical construction – a factory
for production of panel radiators „Кorado“ in Strazhitca
town, a factory for accumulators „Enersys” AD in Targovishte
town, a dairy “Mladost” in Targovishte, dairy „Si Vi
Es” in Omurtag town and a Production Center in “SSNVS”
AD in Targovishte town;
· a cultural – domestic and administrative construction: methane
station in Targovishte town, diagnostic point of changing the oil in
Targovishte town, extension and additional storey of II inner ward in
MBAL(hospital) in the town of Targovishte, restructure and reconstruction
of the bank offices of “Raiffeisen Bank” EAD in Popovo and
in Targovishte town, DZI in Targovishte town, an administrative building
of „Patinzhenering-T” EAD in Targovishte town, supermarket
“Lora X” EOOD in Targovishte town, repair six schools, eight
community centers and four kindergartens in the Municipality of Popovo,
manger in Municipality Isperih and two schools in the municipality Antonovo
etc.;
· an agricultural construction: dairy farm in Osikovo, Medovina
and Aprilovo village and other construction sites;
· a complete building of 20 000 m2 roofs – constructions / metal,
wood/, laggings, overlaps and hydroinsulation on the territory of Targovishte,
Popovo, Isperih, Shumen, Lyaskovets, Varna, Kaolinovo, Kaspichan, Smyadovo
and other municipalities;
· a water-main PEHD and sewage: sewerage main collector II in
Isperih town, reconstruction of the internal water mains in Targovishte
town, construction of street water mains in Yonkovo village, municipality
Isperih, reconstruction of water main from O.K. 17 to PS, Yasatcite
in Krepcha village, Opaka municipality, sewerage in Druzhba district,
Novi Pazar town etc.;
· a road – repair, emergency – restorative and hydromeliorative
construction and installation works (CIW): correction of the „Popovska”
river in Popovo town, reconstruction of a bridge over the Kara dere
river in Stara Rechka river, construction of supporting facilities and
rehabilitation of roadway and drainage facilities of IV – 21,433 in
Ludogortsi village, Isperih municipality , recovery of municipal road
IV 20454 in Manastirtsa village, Popovo municipality, repair and reconstruction
of streets in Popovo, Targovishte, Novi Pazar and Isperih town and fourth-road
roadway in Targovishte municipality;
· a thermal insulation of buildings, located in Targovishte,
Popovo and Isperih municipalities.

The management team of EOOD „Stroykomers – TT“ ensures a compliance
with the company policies and goals, as a commitment to our customers
by providing:
· motivated and highly skilled staff;
· modern, maintained and developed production facilities and
machinery.
In EOOD „Stroykomers – TT” work 250 people, the vast
majority of them are qualified workers with experience and 25 people
highly specialized administrative and technical staff.
The company has own offices and production warehouses in Targovishte
town/ a warehouse, garages, a carpentry and hardware workshop and armature
yards) and in Popovo town. There is an equipped base near the construction
site in Isperih town too.
A motor fleet’s composition: construction machinery /engineering
equipment, specialized vehicles, goods equipment/ specialized construction
equipment and freight and light freight trucks.
By 01.02.1999 „Stroykomers – TT”EOOD is a member of
the Bulgarian Construction Chamber, and from 2008 is registered in the
Central Professional Registry of the Constructor for execution of the
following groups and categories of construction work:
· 1ST GROUP: high-rise construction, adjacent infrastructure,
electronic communication networks and equipment – from 1st to 5th category
· 2ND GROUP: transport infrastructure construction – from 1st
to 4th category
· 3RD GROUP: energy infrastructure construction – 3rd category
· 4TH GROUP: public and hydro-technical infrastructure construction,
and environmental protection – from 1st to 3rd category
· 5TH GROUP: single types of construction and assembly work
Since November 2005 EOOD „Stroykomers – TT” is certified
under the international standard for Quality Management – ISO 9001:2000,
and since February 2008 has implementadet an occupational health and
safety management system OHSAS 18001:2002. През

Policy on quality, occupational health and safe
working conditions and environmental protection
Led by the belief that the prosperity, preservation
and expansion of the already conquered market positions and competitiveness
are guaranteed by the high professionalism, accurate estimates of the
market and anticipation of customer requirements, management of Stroykomers
– TT EOOD reported quality management, occupational health and safety
and environmental protection as the most significant element for the
overall activities of the company.
A distinctive feature of our philosophy and practice is the realization
of a management which provide a continuous and sustainable improvement

The management of Stroikomers-TT EOOD establishes such working conditions
which do not lead to occupational diseases and workplace accidents and
