Европейската комисия предлага нова структура за плащане на такси за марки на Общността, както и за национални марки в отделните страни членки. До момента таксите една заявка за марка касаеше минимум 3 класа, за които се плащаше една такса. Има допълнителна такса за всеки клас над третият. Според предложението, при новата структура, заявката за марка ще касае един клас ( което означава че таксата ще намалее), като за всеки допълнителен клас ще се плаща допълнителна такса. Новите такси за марки на Общността ще бъдат:

The European Commission proposes new structure for payment of fees for Community trademarks and national trademarks in the member states.So far, charges for one trademark application covered at least 3 classes for which one fee was paid. There is an additional fee for each class over the third.According to the proposal, the new structure will introduce a trademark application which will concern only one class (which means that the fee will be reduced) and for each additional class will be paid an additional fee.New fees for Community trade marks will be:Commission wants to introduce this structure within the Member States by Directive.
